Services

Start with a call. Scale into a package.

Every project follows the same path — a short call to check fit, a session that defines your home's style guide, then as much or as little help as you want putting it into practice.

I set the direction and specify what fits. You make the purchases. No trade markup, no procurement, no waiting on me to place an order.

Step One · Before Anything Else

Initial Consultation

A short call to talk through your home, what you're hoping for, and whether I'm the right person for it. You'll leave with an honest read on scope and a realistic budget range — even if the answer is that you don't need me.

  • 30-minute video call
  • Honest read on scope, sequence, and budget range
  • Credited in full toward whatever you book next

$150

30 minutes

Step Two · Every Project

Design Direction Session

The foundation everything else is built on. One site visit, one written Home Style Guide, one handoff call. You leave knowing your palette, your materials, your proportions — and the rules that define what belongs in your home and what doesn't.

  • 90-minute on-site visit, or remote review for out-of-town projects
  • Written Home Style Guide delivered as a PDF
  • 30-minute handoff call to walk through it
  • Recommendations on next steps, and whether a specific tier is needed

$500

Flat fee · paid in full prior to visit

Work With Me

Three ways to take it further.

Pick the depth that matches the project. Move up later if it grows.

$6,000–8,000 · whole home
  • Room-by-room direction built on your Home Style Guide
  • Example furnishings and decor — the look, not the SKU
  • Palette, material, and finish rules per room
  • What to keep, and how to use it differently
  • Where to spend and where to save
  • One round of revisions included
Tier 2 · Most Common

Specified Selections

From $1,800 / room
$9,000–14,000 · whole home
  • Everything in Tier 1
  • Specific products by brand, model, and finish — with a backup option wherever it's needed
  • Shoppable list with pricing
  • What to keep, and exactly where each kept piece goes
  • One round of revisions included
Tier 3

Design Development

$2,800–6,000 / room
Scaled to complexity
  • Everything in Tier 2
  • Furniture layouts and circulation planning
  • Custom pieces — upholstery, tables, built-ins
  • Decorative lighting plan and placement
  • Window treatment design and specification
  • Styled elevations for key walls
  • Renovation details to hand off to your GC
  • Two rounds of revisions · two site visits

Mix And Match

Pick a tier per room, not per house.

Rooms are not equal, and pricing them as if they were is how people end up paying for drawings they did not need. Put the attention where you want it.

For example

  • Kitchen — Tier 3, because the cabinets get built
  • Primary bath — Tier 2, specified and shoppable
  • Guest room — Tier 1, direction and what to keep
  • Hallway — left alone this year

Whole-home ranges assume a mix like that one. Rooms can also be added later at your package's per-room rate — nothing about the first document expires.

Build your own mix on the contact page. It gives you a rough range before you get in touch, and final pricing is agreed before payment is expected.

Hands-On

The Second Look.

Not an install day. A day where I come in and re-see the rooms you already have. Furniture moves, art comes down and goes back up somewhere better, rugs rotate, and the things you already own finally get used the way they should have been. Available on its own, or booked after your new pieces arrive.

$950

Per day

Days needed depend on the number of rooms and the scale of what you want moved.

On Its Own

Working only with what you already own. Nothing new required, nothing bought.

After The Buy

Booked once your new pieces from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 package have landed. Old and new, styled together in a single day.

Requires a Design Direction Session first. I need to see the house before I can promise a day like this will land — it depends on what you already have to work with.

À La Carte

One-off asks, priced as flat fees.

Mid-tier needs and single requests, available alongside any package.

Additional site visit

Selection appointments, install checks, or progress walks. Per visit.

$250

Shopping day

Flat day rate. Often added as a single line item to a Tier 1 or Tier 2 package.

$500–1,000

Extra revision round

Priced by scope. Applies to any Tier 1 or Tier 2 package deliverable.

$250–500

Virtual design check-in

45-minute video session between milestones, for a quick sanity check.

$200

Additional room

Priced at your package's per-room rate. Added to any Tier 1 or Tier 2 package at any point.

Per-room rate

3D rendering, per key room

Photoreal concept renders — for when the spouse needs to see it before committing.

$500–1,500

All packages require a 50% deposit to start; balance due before final deliverables are released. Final pricing is determined and agreed upon before payment is expected.

A room is one enclosed space. Open-plan areas may be scoped as multiple rooms. I take a small number of projects each year.

Not included: procurement, order placement, delivery scheduling, and vendor coordination — I specify, you buy. Structural renovation design and construction management are also outside my scope.

I am happy to make recommendations to people I trust in the industry.

Common Questions

Answered before you ask.

Do you do the buying?

No. You buy, at your own pace, with the list. Nothing is marked up because nothing passes through me.

Do you work outside Atlanta?

Yes. Out-of-town projects run the Design Direction Session as a remote review.

Can I start with one room?

Most people do. Single rooms are priced per room at every tier, and rooms can be added later.

What if I already have a contractor?

Better. Tier 3 includes the renovation details to hand off to your GC, and I answer their questions directly.
